Engineering seat fraud

Sir one of my friends father approached my father for getting me an engineering seat in a good collage at a very less donation , but now after giving him money no answers so sir plz suggest me that how shall I go legally .

If you have proof of giving money to him, then you may file a complaint to police-station.

You can lodge complaint of fraud, cheating etc.
