I have questions regarding the mutation entry, my friends had some ancestral property,after the death of grandfather their uncles mutation they're mutates land,my friends father is also died,my friends is suffering from mentally sickness,what should I do?for mutation of friend's name in ownership column, my friends is belonging from Muslim community, and his grandfather died intestate, please suggest me somethin.

Mutation in the revenue records need not necessarily constitute deprivation or acquisition of title to property.
