I want to become notary.
Please tell me procedure of notary in detail.

Dear Jangam,
As per Notary Act you are eligible for appointment of Notary. For this purpose you have to liasion with the Legal Department of the Govt of India, if you want to be a Central Govt Notary or the State Law Department if you want to be State Notary.
