Stamp duty calculation

Sir,
I have a shop in Satellite, Ahmedabad.
I want to lease that shop for a period 5 years for Rs. 50,000/- per month by lease deed.
what is the stamp duty calculation for such deed ???
Please help me......

Stamp duty is to be calculated on Rs. 6 lakhs.
