Ex parte and default

If the opposite party and their counsels deliberatly abstains from hearing / crossing, and asking to set aside decrees on ex parte and default second time and agaon abstains from evidence-trials, to delay, what is the remedy left to the aggrieved-simply attends court and returns-almost 3 years........
