dear all,

Iam presently living in delhi and i have two properties located at gurgaon and jaipur respectively.

Can i register my will in delhi for the above mentioned properties located in jaipur and gorgaon. If so, what are the formalities required.

registration of will can be done in delhi . nominal registration charges are levied .

Yes, you can register the proposed Will in Delhi itself mentioning the schedule of properties situate in Gurgaon and Jaipur.
