Pl encashment to non confirmed employee

Dear sir,

i have one query regarding the PL encashment of non confirmed employees.

1. if i left the company in my probation period, can i eligible for pl and their encashment in f&f statement.

2. if yes, please specify the required tenure.

So far Government service,all leave facilities available for temporary employees including encashments.For Private employment,it is the leve applicable to the respective establishments are applicable.

In my understanding you may be entitled for PL during probation period but you may not be entitled for encashment of un availed leave during probation period. Were you employed in a PSU or government organisation or private sector?

Yes, you are eligible. The PL depends on period of employment not on status of employee.
