Aadhaar card

respected expert sirs, Namaskarams.

Some people who enrolled in Aadhaar, changed their address which is difference from the given address in the Aadhaar. so is it validated or they may apply again? And some people have some problems like bank account number, phone number, father name etc.... so how to get correct them and the aadhaar card received is valid for the purpose of identity?
