Ham log 2 partner hai hamne 2 shops kharidi future me sale karne k liye 1 shops registry mene name par or 1 mene partner k name par thi ...but kuch k bad me 1 shop jo ki mene name par thi wo hamne sale kar or profit ko50:50 share kar liya ...
Ab 1 shop jo k mene partner k name par register thi wo usne kisi ko sale karne ka contract kiya or 50 advance bhi le liya ..(aisa muje lagta hai)
To mera question ye ki me kaise pata kar sakta hu ki sale contract kiya gya h na nahi ..pls sugges me any procedure.

aisee cheejon ka pata lagana muskil hi ji.. kyo ki appke partner ne kisi ke saath kuch agreement kia ya nahi kiya / yaa phir paise liya, ki nahi lia, ye kaise pata kar sakte hi?
you have entered into any contract /agreement with your partner for sharing ,phir bhi, agar aap samajh te hai ki usne aap ke saath dhoka kiya hi, agar aap ka yehi khayal sahi nikla, to aap mukaddama un ke khilaaf chala sakte hi.
court case chalane ke liye,lekin ye zaroori hai ki aap dono ka koi aisee agreement likhat me hona chahiye.

If the agreement is not registered, the broker seller and purchaser are not co-operating, in such condition it is very difficult to ascertain.
You have to deal accordingly to your partner.

If you both purchased two shops what was the type of agreement towards the purchase and disposal, whether that was a written agreement or oral?, Whether the partner who is alleged to have entered into a sale agreement with a third party towards the property on his name, is it a registered sale agreement, then you can obtain EC and certified copy of the said agreement other wise you have to locate the same through some reliable sources only.
