Assuming the property as self acquired property of your grandfather:, all his children be it of first wife or the second wife, are entitled to an equal share in his intestate and non testamentary property; if your grandfather is living, he can dispose his self acquired property in the manner and way he desires it to be disposed.

1. The son form first wife has right to 50% of property and
2. some says according to property division in Hindus, property will be equally divided in all siblings and my Grandfather.
Means property will be divided in 6 parts
