Dear Experts, I am for the plaintiff and got Decree in favor of the plaintiff for recovery of money.
Date of decree :23-09-12 defendant Transferred(Sale) his land on 20-10-2012 to avoid and to escape from the payment of decreetal amount to the plaintiff. there is no other properties to the defendant. hence i request you that whether is it better for filing a suit for cancellation of the sale deed dated 20-10-12 or any other remedy? kindly advice with suitable citations if it is convenient for you. Thanq

You can apply for setting aside of the sale deed on the ground that it is a fraudulent transfer to defraud the decree holder.
