MHADA FLAT

Can any one sell MHADA flat within 10 years after purchasing it. Whether succession/heirship certificate to children of real owner (in case owner dies) of MHADA FLAT HOLDER from civil court is required at MHADA for transfering the flat ownership to legal heirs.

no you cannot sell the flat within period of 10 years . the terms of allotment of flat would be clear .

has cooperative society being formed by members staying in said flat ? has the decreased left any nomination form?
