on voluntary statement of accused person receiver of stolen property is caught and the receiver admits that he has received the stolen property and the same was sold to unknown person after thorough investigations not able to recover the property can the receiver be booked under 411 ipc and what evidences or circumstatial evidence to be collected to book him

Section 411 will be applicable after recovery of stolen property otherwise not
