We got 1 month courtship stay from allahabad high court in a case of 498a,323,324... and in this period we have to take interim bail.. What is interim bail.?whats the procedure..? And what its validity.? Plz guide..

It is bail till the time high court disposes your application for quashing.

Does it mean high court will surly dispose our application or court will give a chance to us to present our case
