Consent for establishment of genset

Dear Sir,

A person in a residential area has established diesel operated genset in Gurgaon without taking permission of the authority.The other resident are objecting to it.

Please advice under what law action can be taken for the use of DG sets in gurgaon without taking the consent from the authority.

if on account of genset you are facing noise pollution you can object . complain to authority against the said genset being installed .
