Status quo

(Querist) 04 May 2013 This query is : Resolved 
R/Sir,
my query is that, when court passed order like that both" parties are directed to maintain status quo on spot with respect to suit property". As i am plaintiff and file suit and i had sowed wheat crops and it harvesting time, what should i do, I should harvest the crop or applies to court for permission.if i harvest without permission, may it result in disobedience of order.

better take permission from court.
