Bail condition relax

dear sir
myself and two other are accused in a case ipc 419 420 120b. we got bail on 2011 from session court bangalore on june 2011 bail condition was two surity each for 3 people and amount is fifty thousands rupees bonds for each and now one surity want to sell his property. can i relax this condition in session court or in high court of karnataka since the chargesheet is filled last year. i spoke to my lawyer he say order can be moditied by case surity but i dont have one lakhs fifth thousands rupees with me.
please advice me how to relax the order of two surity with one surity
