Amendment of dc rules in january 2012

(Querist) 16 March 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I am living in a coop hsg scty in Kandivali west, Mumbai_400067. (R-South ward).
I would like to know that our location comes under wich section as per BMC Rules.
alos pls someone let me know the above amendment of DC Rules are also impliment towards our society under redevelopment.
