dear all.
my query is what is the authority of trustee added through change report. and also charity commissioner commissioner approval is pending. means trustee added has powers without approval of charity commissioner please guide

trust registered under BPT Act
one trustee has been added by passing resolution according to their ye laws
change report has been filed but approval from charity commissioner is pending
so i wanted to know what is the status of that trustee in the trust.
