Registration of society when building is incomplete and bcc / oc not granted

(Querist) 15 January 2013 This query is : Resolved 
In a situation when a building is incomplete and when the BMC has neither issued any B.CC or O.C, whether such Society can be registered under provisions of Maharashtra CoOperative Societies Act 1960 .

Can anyone please guide ..

There is no restriction of such registration.
