Case status:"for direction"

(Querist) 24 November 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Case Status is shown on Honourable High Court's site.What is the meaning of the status-"For Direction"?
Does it mean that case is going to be disposed in the next few hearings....
Also please tell about other status which might be mentioned on the site...

it does not mean that suit will be disposed in few hearings . suits take years to be disposed of .

for directions means court will pass some orders in the suit as to filing of reply , transfer of suit to commerical causes , long causes etc
