AL AMEEN EDUCATION TRUST BANGLORE AUTHORISED LETTER TO ESTABLISH BRANCH OF the said trust at Punjab and got registered in Punjab. Will you pls guide me whether I have to again register the said trust at punjab or authorise letter is sufficent to run the said branch at Punjab.Also intimate me where it will got register in Nabha District Patiala Punjab under indian trust act 1882

No. On the same name you can start in Punjab. It will be the branch of your trust at Bengaluru.

Thanks for your guidance.Will you pls clarify me following point
AL AMEEN EDUCATION SOCIETY sent authorisation letter to set up a branch office at Patiala and got registered under indian trust act 1882 and sent a copy of the same. Please guide me whether registeration of trust is necessary in Punjab if yes where should I register the same
