What are the documents that needs to be executed by the seller to safeguard the Buyer when the Original Sale Agreement of the Flat is misplaced.

If the mother deed is misplaced, a certified copy can be collected after filing a missing diary before local police station & releasing an advertisement in local newspaper to that effect.
