Mistake occured in gazette publication

sir i have changed my name fro guddu ramavatar meena to vishal ramavatar meena but there is a problem in my old documents there is "a" extra in my middle name it is ramavtar but it was bymistakely putten though i have no problem with the new name would it cr8 problem for me in making prooofs such as passport license voting card , though i have corrected the name in affiidavit plzz tell me would it cr8 the problem if it cr8 than plzz give solution 4 it but i have made pan card with that publication

you have made a pan card with that gazette notifcation . now stick to that name with extra' a'
