Urgent sarfasei sec 14 and police protection

Respected Sirs,

Tenancy is prior to mortgaged bank has issued sec 14 notice for possession of flat. Can bank officials along with police can forcibly vacate the tenant. Can police break the door if the tenant don't open the door.

yes,bank officials can, with help of police, forcibly vacate tenanted premises.
