sir
i have purchased flat in my name & my mothers name. Now i want to remove my mothers name and wish to add my wife name. what is a economical way.

Your mother has to execute a relinquish deed. Then you would become the absolute individual owner.
Then you can transfer 1/2 UDS in your wife's name.
This is the feasible most economical way.
