(Querist) 03 October 2012 This query is : Resolved 
My friend divorce case has been disposed off as per the record shown on the website of the court.The Court has given an order for maintenance of Rs 3000 for her chld but its since 8 years she has not got any amount. can she claim arrears along with the interest . what kind of strict action can be taken to get the money. can any one help her to get her money
