Dear Freinds,

In back two hearing in 498a, Wife & FIL took my children in the court. i can take any action against them that my children menatal status will be damaged if they took my children in court.my anticipatory bail hearing is under hearing.

kindly suggest if any action can be initiated.

you not mentioned child age, same time if you can proved that your child having about mental status.
