(Querist) 18 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
My querries are -

(1) Can a gaurdian appointed by WILL of minor's father sale the minor's property without permission of the court, if father stated conditional permission for sale in the WILL?

(2) If a guardian of minor is appointed by the court then at which age the minor attains majority, 18 or 21 years?

(3) There are many versions of the text of the 'Indian Majority Act' available on the internet. I am confussed which one is complete and updated. Please suggest any link for complete and updated Act or provide the digital/online copy.
