Tenant gave to landlord part of the tenanted premises for the landlord personal use i.e of marriage and after marriage also the landlord didnot gave back the possession and instead kept the possession with himself.

Which provision of the act will attract.

contact a local lawyer from tamil nadu who is familiar with provisons of the act .

is tennacy agreement in writing and duly stamped and regd? when premises was given for sake of marriage only for particular period was ny such letter given in writing? has landlord agreed to vacate premises after marriage?

agreement in writing stamped and registered. No letter in writing only oral communication. No landlord haven't agreed to vacate the premises after marriage.
