Respected lawyers,
i want to know that can university makes any changes of the student record from tabulating register?.My problem is that i have passed my graduation exam from my university in UP in 2008,but university staff members are telling that your record does not present in the tabulating register.I am sure they are telling lie,don't know the reason.I want to know that does student university record present anywhere else like to the state government so that i can prove my truth.

No!legally it can not.

Universities are autonomous created by statute and all records are by them only.State does not have record of students of any university.
