the plaintiff filed a civil suit for permanent injunction accompanied application under order 39 rule 1 and 2 for grant of temporary injunction till the pendency of suit restraining the defendant to shift the motor connection from place 'A' to any other place in which the hon'ble Court passed the order of status quo. but the defendant violate the status quo order and shifted the motor connection from place 'A'. the contempt petition is filed. what is the remedy for the plaintiff now. can he filed a application for restoring the earlier position if yes then under which provision?
