Purgery

(Querist) 07 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
In an equiry by a High Court Registrar in a matter concerning a RTI application by an applicant, Purgery committed by a Govt. Dept in a Writ Petition in High court was brought to the notice of the High Court Registrar with prima facie evidence.

The purgery matter was completely ignored by the High Court Registrar.

Is this action of the High Court Registrar correct?

if false statement has been made on oath draw attention of the court to said fact
