1.If the orders of a Quasi-judicial body e.g. Banking Ombudsman or Assistant Registrar'Court are not obeyed, does it amount to Contempt of Court?
2.It what period of time the orders of a Quasi Judicial body have to be implemented?
3. If the implementing party concerned wants to appeal against the order of a Quasi Judicial body, in how much time and in which court it has to appeal?

2. It depends upon the particular body. Time is different for Revision, Appeal or Writ.
3. Same as above.
