Hand over

our society completed 3 years and our builder is talking with us about hand over .according to our record builder should pay 62,50,000 but he want to pay us just 1 lac.also he is not giving clarification about expenses.so what is the way for us to get rid of from situation.should we go and complain to society ragistrar before hand-over.

a builder is bound to furnish audited accounts in respect of contribution received from members , expenses incurred .

send a legal notice asking him to furnish audited accounts . if he refuses to do so move consumer forum against the builder for deficency in service
