it will be sent again . evading service of summons wont help you .

engage a local lawyer . if summons not yet served before due date in August fresh date would be given . if you dont recieve summons by August ask your lawyer to keep a watch in court on said date

Mr.Shrivastava,

You should do that, in a case that I was personally dealing recently - a Pune family court on one service (that returned 'unclaimed' as premises was locked) took it as valid service and proceeded ex parte and called for petitioner's evidence - all in a matter of 2 months. I had to go there personally to get it relegated back, and ex parte set aside. Although such service is not valid service within the eyes of law, other means like substituted service (pasting/chaspi) have to be resorted - but courts are increasingly taking unclaimed to be service. So my advise go and take the summons - they in all probability would send the matter to concilliator.

You do not need now to receive notice when you know the case details as well as date fixed and can visit the court to attend the date fixed.visit one or 2 day earlier so that you can engage a lawyer.

Dear Ashok Srivastava
No need to worry, if you know that the summons was divorce case, you can appear before the court and engage a lawyer or appaer personally before the court and approached to the court that you have not received any documents, the court is bound to direct to the opposite party to produce one extra copy of the documents for you.
Feel free to call
