Others name his fame !

(Querist) 27 June 2012 This query is : Resolved 
one of the Govt employee working with me send a confidential letter to the Higher officials stating that one of our employees is doing illegal activities in the premises of the office like doing illegal finance transcations..

the letter which he sent to the officials dint mentioned his name or any thing related to him he used some others name and forwarded...now the person who is doing illegal activities having doubt on my colleague but due to no proof he is keeping quiet till now....what sort of action he can take on my colleague as per the law.

No action. No employee can take action against any other employee if any of his own misdeed gets reported to higher officers.


You never stated the complaint to be false. You never stated if the complainant has a copy of the complaint (officially). You never stated whether any action is taken against him


You are neither the person who made complaint, nor the person against whom the complaint is, nor the person who is being suspected of complaint. You are not stating your nexus in the case. In Govt offices nobody is that much bothered about 3rd 4th 5th party interest. Please state your nexus.
