dear sirs,
we are living in slum in parle,mumbai.we formed a society for devlopment but our owners are fighting together and property is in litigation . we have 3 different owners and we dont know who is true but we want devlopment.can we go directly to s r a for devlopment under aquisition process. can you guide us in same.presently we are getting a lot of offers from different builders because our location is prime so pl. guide us in matter.

if 70%of members agree you can go in for slum redevelopment . scrutinise offers received by various builders . choose which is most favourbale . insist on rentals during period of construction . have agreement with builder regsitered . separate agreement has to be netered inot by builder with each slum dweller
