Our society is into redevelopment without following the due process as laid down in Maharashtra. The Managing Committee has also not signed the M20 Bond within the time stipulated. The Dy Registrar was approached but of no help. Few of us have filed a case in Cooperative court objecting the Redevelopment and the MC. Every hearing has been postponed so far for a future date by the judge due to baklogs. Now the MC is trying to execute a MOU with the builder. We are objecting to it as the matter is before court for judgement. Can the society proceed with further actions with the builder? Please give your opinion.

if no M 20 bond had been submitted you ought to have complainted to registrar . he would have after notice appointed administrator .
since you ahve gone to coperative court now request your advocate to make an application before the court for urgent interim reliefs as society is entering into mou with builder
