Money recovery suit

sir,
this is suit for money recovery , one of the employee breached the terms and condition of employment as per the bond if breach the condition of bond he should have to pay 5 lakh rupees and 3 month salary and damages ,
his 3 month salary will be 2 lakh and 5 lakh bond
now much court fees we have to pay to file recovery suit ?

It ranges from 2% - 5%.

The court fees will be depend on plaintiff's claim, it's depend on the recovery amount. it's depend on the state.

in tamilnadu 7.5% of the claim amount..
