Cost of stay order for stopping construction work in which we are tenants till papers submitted

(Querist) 20 May 2012 This query is : Resolved 
we are 4 tenants of old building situated at dadar west. our building comes under cess. the builder who has approached us has not produced proper documents to 4 of the 15 tenants. rest of people has done the agreement and vacated the place. unfortunately we have not aware of the documentation done with rest of tenants. we want to bring a stay order till the relevant documents are being produced by the developer
