Dear sir,
Myself & my uncle has been appointed as executor of will of my aunt( my father`s sister) , according to will we have to sell of her house & whatever amount we get , has to be distributed among the family members in proportion as mentioned in will.
Please advice on following points.
1 Do we have to take new pancard , if so what is the head we apply for pancard,
2 Can we both execuotrs open a seperate account & deal the whole issue using our existing pancard , by doing so is any personal liablities develop for taxation purpose .
Please advise so that we can proceed
