Dear Sirs,
Could you please provide some details (SC citations,HC citations, etc) to help me curb/get rid of 4 dogs & one of them bitch who has 4 puppies creating nuisance like foul smell,flies etc. in spite of several requests. Whom to complain etc.
I will be too thankful and obliged.

Your are corporation can be approached. They have Supreme court directions not to help you except to sterlise male dogs.
