When opposite advocate just blaming and making fake statement/s affidavit for grabing money and sympathy of the court. What action can be taken against such advocate?

you have to prove, opp party statements are false.

If the advocate is blaming, it means the opposite party is blaming. If these are proven false, you can take suitable action like perjury and malicious prosecution as the case may be.

Dear Balaji,

An advocate does not do anything in the court for himself.Whatever he speakes,whatever evidences he produces,whatever proofs he submits,he does on behalf of his client only.He is just an intermediary between the court and the client.
