A-khata

(Querist) 03 April 2012 This query is : Resolved
The site is carved out of a 4 acre DC converted land. The builder says that he paid betterment charges for the entire 4 acre land in BBMP and the builder has further bifurcated the property to form several sites. He says since the betterment charges are paid for the entire 4 acre layout, the BBMP will issue a bifurcation khata to my site. Will this be a approved ‘A’ khata site. I would really appreciate your suggestion on the same

As per builder BBMP has recovered development charges for the entire area of 4 acre from him so if bifurcation of that land is made, definitely it shall be of A khata land means it shall be treated as approved but be sure from the office of BBMP by personally visiting whether the claim of the builder is accurate or not.
