way back when land was abundant some portion of our land were acquired for construction of Northeastern hill university staff quarters, however we were never compensated. when nagaland university(nu) was set up the quarters were then occupied by the nu staff as nu doesn't have its kohima campus and department or quarters were rented.now nu had bought land and is starting to construct its kohima campus.sooner or later it will shift to its new campus.therefore, kindly advice me

You have not raised any question so what to reply?
So far as your non-claim of compensation is concerned, You should get it enquired from the Land Acquisition collector about the compensation awarded to you while acquiring your land. No land of private person is acquired by any govt. without offering the compensation.

sir
thanks for your reply.our land were used by the Britishers for their administration without any compensation and when they left the state govt. inherited everything owned by them.our grandfathers were illiterate to fight for their rights and no agreement were made on papers only verbal communication.but the state govt also knows that our land were not compensated. therefore, kindly highlights some point so that i can demand for compensation or get allotment to my ancestral land when the university shift to its new campus
