Delhi University is a good option.

but if u can manage then pls visit INDIAN LAW INSTITUTE, right in front of Supereme Court...nothing is better than that in Delhi atleast.

u may also do it by correspondance from Kurukshetra University.

National Law School, Jaipur is also known for correspondacne LL.M but it will be costly affair....fee is comparatively high.

I would prefer National Law School of India Uni. Banglore as you can go further with distance learning just go fr the Exams & they held the councelling sessions, you can go and take them. I am Impressed by the study meterials an the presentations they delever by emails. I have completed my IPR & MLB from NLSIU.
