Respected All,
As a member of the Ad-Hoc Committee I have some question.
1) Can we collect the non occupancy charges from the owner who kept his relatives in the flat and no agreement made between both of them? Can PCC requier from them? We finalised Rs.400/- as non occupancy charges from the tenant, Can any one (Tenant or owner of the flat) challenge to the amount?
2) How we open our new Bank Account to deposit the maintenance cheque which we collected from the members if society is not registered and ad-hoc committee is there? Its a necessery to get the permission for DDR?
3) Quorum is required for general meeting between ad-hoc committee and society members?
Awaiting for your replies.

non occupancy charges cannot be more than 10%of service/maintenance charges .
for immediate relatives staying in members flat no non occupancy charges can be levied .
if you issue notice for AGm mention below the agenda that if there is no quorum meeting will be adjourned for 30 min and recommenced therefater
