Family court notice return

Dear Sir,

My wife sent me divorce notice through court person to my resident but in the absence of my the notice letter is return to the court . So can any body help me what to do in this case. Also I need a Family lawyer to handle this case. So please can anybody suggest me. the date is given in the march. this is the first date. this matter is in the thane family court.

simple . take asearch of family court records in thane . find out what is the endorsement made on said notice .
you have more than a month . contact a lawyer in thane . go to family court in thane .

Contact with the administrator of the family court, and receive the notice. Attend the case on each and every hearing. It is better to appoint a local lawyer on your behalf.
