(Querist) 02 February 2012 This query is : Resolved 
my case has attained finality and decreed in SC and the trail court(executing the decree) has now turned down the JD's objection and given the verdict on execution .now my query is:
a)should i file caveat in high court against the possible stay taken by JD .
b)is there possibility of appeal or stay against the trail court verdict.
c)when should i file the caveat.

a)It is well within your right, if you want,you can file caveat.
b)This can not be told with out brief.
c)soon after passing the order ,obtain copy and file caveat.It's life would be 90 days from filing.

You can file caveat before high court immediately after acceptance of your EP.
